RETURN POLICY | LADYLOLA


Because all LADYLOLA silk dresses are custom-made-to-order we, unfortunately, do not offer refunds, please refer to our size guide for dress measurements. If you are still unsure of your size we invite you to come and try on our sample sizes at our New Plymouth showroom, or alternatively, get in touch via Instagram, Facebook or by emailing hello@ladylola.co.nz and our team of Lola’s can advise you on sizing.

As per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act no refunds will be issued unless the item is deemed faulty; in which case, LADYLOLA will repair the fault or replace the garment with a new item in the same size and style. If we are unable to replace or repair, LADYLOLA will process your refund within 3 working days.

Please ensure you have read and understand the above conditions before requesting a return exchange or online credit.
